I know what it's like to need support, and to be ready to seek it. I became a therapist after my own recovery experiences and 'dark nights of the soul'.
I blend current neuroscience, research, transformational techniques, and progressive theories that truly work. And don't get me started if you're on a spiritual path or a 12-step person. You're my people!
