A cove is a sheltered place
for respite from the elements.
Could you use refuge
at this time in your life?
Each session is 75-90 minutes long on Zoom and meets every first and third Wednesday at 12p PST. The first session is Oct 2, 2024.
If this time does not work for you, please contact me to discuss other options and potential schedule changes or additional group time availability.
01
The Process
Journey inward through gentle, guided meditative experiences to locate solace, peace, and ease. Be led into the heart cove/cave to visualize a safe space you can return to daily that will serve as a grounded, nourishing, revitalizing foundation for what is possible within our work together.
02
In your sanctuary, you may invite and nurture your connection to internal and external resources. You will also learn various tools for parasympathetic activation of the nervous system that can prepare you for the integration of deeper psychological work within The Cove.
03
Through a titrated process, you will learn to process and rewire difficult emotions, memories, and feeling states. In this phase, wounded 'parts' can have an opportunity to renegotiate their roles and return to developmentally appropriate roles. Optional, light sharing in the group facilitates connection, resonance, and coherence.
04
With more space in your body, mind, and spirit, your innate energy can flow more naturally. This can be in your way of moving through the world, in parenting, work, or creativity. Space for this integration and expression is offered in The Cove, through writing and sharing other creative waves with each other.

Fling every fear into the Ocean of sweet peace
Let water wash your worry
There’s no part of you unwelcome home
And while this love would wait forever,
It would rather you hurry
